Welcome to COLLECTIONMAXIMUMS (collectionmaximums.click). By accessing our design databases, submitting customized graphics, or utilizing our simulator previews, you accept these platform Terms of Service in full.

These Terms govern your use of the website located at collectionmaximums.click and any services, physical products, or custom-designed protective shells manufactured and shipped through our automated print lab queues.

1. Intellectual Property & Graphic Use License

You maintain full, unencumbered intellectual rights to all creative illustrations, graphics, text layers, vector structures, and logo files uploaded through our custom intake studio. However, by submitting files through our interface, you grant COLLECTIONMAXIMUMS LLC a non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to manufacture, optimize, scale, modify for camera lens clearances, and physically transport your corresponding custom phone case.

You explicitly represent and warrant that you hold all necessary copyright permissions, distribution rights, and licensing parameters for any submitted graphics. COLLECTIONMAXIMUMS strictly prohibits the upload of trademarked properties, copyrighted media vectors, or intellectual materials owned by third parties without their documented express permission.

2. Custom Print Sizing, Returns & Replacements Policy

Because each of our protective cases is custom-machined, molded, and cured utilizing specialized machinery to perfectly match your specific smartphone model and visual vector artwork, we cannot accept general aesthetic returns, order cancellations, or style exchanges once our automated printing lines have initialized production.

If your physical case arrives with obvious material structural damage, manufacturing flaws, severe physical misalignment (greater than 1.5mm), or is built for a different device model than specified in your confirmed order receipt, we will manufacture and ship an optimized replacement completely free of charge. In such cases, you must notify our operations center within fourteen (14) days of package delivery, providing clear photographic documentation of the observed defects.

3. Limitation of Liability and Device Safeguard Disclaimer

While our Armor Tough, Minimal Slim, and Transparent Crystal resin cases are engineered, Drop-Tested, and validated through extensive simulation protocols up to 12 feet, COLLECTIONMAXIMUMS LLC makes no absolute guarantees regarding the absolute survival of your personal smartphone under extreme accidental drop forces.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to electronic devices (including screen cracking, camera lens fracture, inner circuit boards, or back-glass damage) occurring while utilizing our products. Our financial liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of our physical case products.

4. Governing Jurisdiction and Arbitration

These platform regulations and any associated transaction records are governed by the state laws of New York, USA, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be settled through binding, individual arbitration in New York County, New York, and you waive any rights to participate in class-action proceedings.
